As part of a project, Mr. Raul Riti was part of the FiaTest team of trainers, being involved in supporting the ISTQB Foundation course and in supporting the online follow-up workshop of the course. Our collaboration with Mr. Raul Riti was punctual for the delivery of SCRUM and ISTQB trainings in an individualized training program within the company, on which occasion he brilliantly fulfilled his role as a trainer. Mister. Raul Riti demonstrates excellent technical, communication and facilitation skills that add value to the learning process. The sequence and sequence of the training modules in the order proposed by Raul is fully justified, and the theoretical notions are properly fixed with practical exercises, there are also recapitulation and validation sequences.
During the Agile Methodologies/SCRUM training, following the proposed activities and exercises, different particularities of organizational culture and team dynamics come to light, with good and less good. The teams/individuals involved in these activities are in various stages of training and automatically there is a very important ethics and confidentiality component on the part of the trainer which is desirable to be managed in an appropriate manner.
